Community Information Update Program

People's migration in and out of a community is a continuous process. Likewise, there's movement within the community as well, such as from an apartment to a house and vice versa. Thus, our organization has to update community information over time to keep accurate information, which is used to plan and serve the community in a better way. Under this program, we have 3 main projects:

Information Update Project

Under this project, we have a form to be filled out from time to time by community members about their residential and demographic information. Then, we will update our data with the new and accurate information.

Membership Update Project

Every year, a new generation within our community turns 18 who are eligible to be a member of ANKA as well as newcomers in and around Lexington. We have designed a form to be filled and update membership information.

Electronic Communications Project

In our age today, everyone has a phone or computer in their house. This makes communicating with members and sending announcements a fast and easy process for everyone. With an up-to-date information database, this communication system will be simple and effective.

These three update projects, our community information, membership information, and electronic communications project are very important to our community information network. This is and will be an ongoing process, with forms accessed and filled out online on our website. The reliability of this program depends upon the integrity and sincerity of respondents and the diligence of the ANKA board.
